The City of Pensacola and Escambia County are working together to transform Hollice T. Williams Stormwater Park into an innovative and iconic urban green space. Thank you for participating in our online surveys to share your input and vision for the park.
The new Hollice T. Williams Stormwater Park will be a place for community members of all ages to connect and enjoy activities in the heart of the city. The park will serve to improve water quality and reduce stormwater in the area, while reconnecting the social fabric of the neighborhood displaced by the construction of I-110 in the 1970s.
Design improvements of the new stormwater park include:
Stormwater Runoff Reduction
Water Quality Improvements
Dual-Use Recreational Fields
Early Learning Activities
Art in Public Spaces
